A Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) plays a crucial role in the democratic process, serving as the backbone of the Democratic Party at the grassroots level. As a PCO, you are on the front lines of winning elections up and down the ballot – from the School Board to the Senate.

Main Point of Contact: PCOs are the main point of information and contact for voters in your neighborhood and within the Democratic Party. You help keep your community informed about important issues, upcoming elections, and party initiatives.
 
Community Engagement: By building relationships with voters, you ensure that their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed. This direct connection strengthens the democratic process and promotes active civic participation.
